Delete your account
You can delete your BibHQ account at any time. It is permanent and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- your profile: name, email address, photo
- your library and reading progress
- your likes, comments and the case files you viewed
- your community topics, replies, likes and blocks
- the questions you reported to BibHQ
- your sign-in
What is kept
Donation records (amount, date, reference and status) are kept for accounting, no longer linked to your account.
How to delete it
- In the BibHQ app: Me → Privacy & account → Delete my account.
- On this page: sign in with the Google account you use for BibHQ, then confirm below.
- By email: write to support@bibhq.org from the address of your account.
